Cells were seeded in serum-free medium containing either 1 or 2 µM nintedanib in the upper chamber and allowed to migrate toward a lower chamber containing 1% serum and the corresponding nintedanib concentration. Migration was assessed after 24 h (A2058, WM983B, Mel Pt-3 pre, Mel Pt-3 post) or 4 h (Mel Pt-4 post). Relative migration was calculated as the ratio of migrated treated cells to controls. Data represent mean ± 95% CI of at least three independent experiments (at least N = 9). Statistical analysis was performed using the Kruskal–Wallis test; p < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.
